Ashanti A. McGahee

Greetings! 

   I am Ashanti McGahee! I am currently a Junior at the illustrious Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. I started my educational journey at FAMU in the Fall of 2013 with hopes of becoming an orthodonist. However, I was quicly introduced to the Health Care Management division at my University and I fell in love. Today, I am pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Care Management. In just two years of being in FAMU's Health Care Management program,I have excelled academically. Maintaing a 3.0 GPA aswell as making the Dean's List for two consective semesters. However, when you are learning about something so interesting, succeding is the easy part. Not only have I succeeded in my studies, I have also begun looking at the problems in healthcare world today. With the assistance of my professors, mentors, and studies, I plan to dedicate my time to serving and representing the patients in the U.S system world.
